The ASVT is a non-profit corporation serving the needs of the Vermont's Autism community. Our membership is comprised of individuals with ASD, their families, friends and service providers.

Consumer driven planning and advocacy organization working on systems change issues. The Vermont Developmental Disabilities Council is a statewide council made up of people with developmental disabilities, family members and state agency representatives. Sixty percent of the DD Council's members are people with disabilities or family members.

The Epilepsy Foundation of Vermont provides services for families affected by epilepsy, schools, professionals and the general public.

EXCEPTIONAL PARENTS OF EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN
(EPEC) serves to support persons living with autism and their families, loved ones and care givers by coordinating resources, developing partnerships and promoting community awareness

Maple Leaf Clinic and Maple Leaf Clinical Services (Vermont), founded by Dr. Mooney, focuses on assessments of children, adolescents and adults (educational, psychological, neuropsychological), therapy over the lifespan, consultation (clinical and educational), supervision, and professional development. Maple Leaf Clinic is also proud to sponsor Camp Maple Leaf, a weeklong summer and winter camp that caters to the social needs of campers with Nonverbal Learning Disabilities, Asperger Syndrome, and High Functioning Autism.

Parent-to-Parent of Vermont is an organization of parents in the state offering support and information to parents of children diagnosed as having a disability or special health care need. Parents who have had a similar experience with their own child extend support by sharing feelings and experiences one-to-one.

Our Mission: To provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with developmental and cognitive disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
