The mission of the Child Care Services Division is to assure a statewide system that promotes and supports safe, accessible, quality child care for Vermont families. The Division is organized into five program areas that include the Licensing and Regulatory Unit, the Child Care Subsidy Unit, the Criminal/Child Abuse Records Verification Unit, the Quality Improvement Unit, and the Administrative Unit. Services include access to the Child Care Subsidy Program for eligible families, child care referral services for families seeking child care, and on-going professional development opportunities for child care providers. |
