Stowe, VT 05672 Tel: (802) 760-9207 |
|
|
A Music Together® special needs class includes special needs children and their typical-ability siblings, generally ages 0-6 years, with full involvement of parents or other primary care giver. We maintain that all children are musical and that the participation of parents or other primary caregivers is essential to their music development. In this class, a Music Together-trained teacher with experience working with special needs children will guide families through developmentally appropriate music activities. The mixed-age class-setting, similar to our other offerings, removes age-specific expectations for participation and developmental level. Anything the child offers in class in the way of participation and interaction will be accepted and included. |
