The American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine is a multidisciplinary scientific society devoted to the study of cerebral palsy and other childhood onset disabilities, to promoting professional education for the treatment and management of these conditions, and to improving the quality of life for people with these disabilities.

The Research Participation Core helps investigators at the Waisman Center, affiliated with the University of Wisconsin-Madison, recruit participants for their research projects on autism spectrum disorders by maintaining a confidential registry of families who have consented in writing to be notified about studies for which they may qualify for. All studies that recruit participants through the Research Participation Core are approved by a University of Wisconsin-Madison Institutional Review Board.

The Toddler Talk Project is a federally-funded longitudinal study examining early communication skills in children, including those on the autism spectrum.
The study is currently recruiting children who are:
-Between 24-36 months old
-From an English-speaking background
-Diagnosed or suspected to be on the autism spectrum
Participation includes a FREE developmental evaluation performed by a psychologist and speech-language pathologist.

The mission of the Trace Center is to prevent the barriers and capitalize on the opportunities presented by current and emerging information and telecommunication technologies, in order to create a world that is as accessible and usable as possible for as many people as possible. Developments of the Trace Center are built into every copy of Microsoft Windows, Macintosh OS, and Unix GUI environments as well as the Postal Service’s Automated Postal Systems, the WW II and Korean War Memorials, the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and many computer and telecommunication products.

The Wisconsin Early Autism Project, Inc., is a program and clinic for the treatment of children with autism based on the work of Dr. Ivar Lovaas, the recognized authority in the treatment of autism.

We are a statewide not-for-profit organization run by families for families that include children and adolescents who have emotional, behavioral, and mental disorders.
