We are a non-profit parent directed org. that provides assistance to families living with ASD. Provide grants to Set up resource rooms in elementary schools in Wisconsin. We also provide seminars, and resource meetings in southwest Wisconsin.

ANGEL (Autism Network thru Guidance, Education & Life) is a non-profit group ran by parents of children on the autism spectrum. ANGELs' goal is to provide support, education and guidance to caregivers, doctor, therapist, parents, teachers or anyone with special interest in Autism and related disabilities. ANGEL runs monthly meetings, has a network of others dealing with ASD., and preforms conferences (ceu avalible). ANGELs' goal is to donate moneys to families in the south-west corner of WI for items not covered by insurance or M.A. ANGEL also has donated many items to local school districts to use for a resource room for special needs children. ANGEL runs off of donations and fund raising events. Also we have many ANGEL items for sale.

The American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine is a multidisciplinary scientific society devoted to the study of cerebral palsy and other childhood onset disabilities, to promoting professional education for the treatment and management of these conditions, and to improving the quality of life for people with these disabilities.

Provides advocacy, education, guardianship, lobbying, prevention, training and information and referral services to individuals with mental retardation and their families throughout the state.

Autism Parents of S.E. Wisconsin welcomes all parents that have a child or children on the autism spectrum or believe their child is on the spectrum. We support each other through difficult times and celebrate each other's successes. Because each child on the spectrum is so different we know that there is not one specific treatment plan that will work for everyone so our hope is that we can all share ideas that are working for your children and help other people that are looking for different options find what is all available to them. We meet for dinner once a month in various locations, without kids, and talk about whatever is on everyones mind and about once a month for a fun outing with our families. In-between outings we talk with each other using our private discussion board. All new members must be approved before joining to insure the privacy & safety of our members. The Autism Society of The Fox Valley, Inc was organized in March, 1989. It is a member of the Autism Society of Wisconsin [ASW] and the Autism Society of America [ASA]. Functions of these societies are family support, research, education, advocacy and public awareness. It is also these societies belief that all families have the right to learn about all the options available, and then select the options that they feel are most appropriate for the individual with autism.

The mission of the Autism Society of Wisconsin is to promote lifelong opportunities for persons within the autism spectrum and their families to be fully included, participating members of their communities through information and referral, advocacy, public awareness, and education and support for local Autism Society of America chapters, professionals and others who support individuals with autism in Wisconsin.

CFR, LLC offers training siminars to parents, families, educators, proffessionals and the community about Developmental Disabilities.
Services includes: Informational resources, Advocacy Skills Training, Legal Documents and Rights, School Services, and "How to Implement Alteritive Approaches when living ot working with children or adults with Developmental Disabilities. CFR, LLC is a mobile service, bringing the program to the client.

School to work transition -- The Client Assistance Program (CAP) is established under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (as amended) and is administered by the Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection. CAP is not attached to the same department (Department of Workforce Development) as the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR).

Covenant Home Health is a full-service home health agency providing outstanding in-home care over a seven county area. Specialized programs include: behavioral health, maternal/child, pediatric (including asthma and phototherapy) and in-home care following a cardiac procedure. Other specialty areas of expertise include: IV infusion therapy, dobutamine therapy, chemotherapy infusion, blood transfusions, diabetic care and medication teaching.

Curative Care Network improves the quality and function of life for persons with disabilities and/or limiting conditions.
