BERARD AIT is a method of retraining the ear so that the participant can listen and process sounds more normally without distortions and delays. The treatment is not invasive. It uses modulated, broadband music to retrain the auditory processing system. Results from BERARD AIT practitioners around the world document that when the Berard protocol is used, in conjunction with BERARD equipment, positive results are achieved. BERARD AIT enhances hearing perception. Individuals over the age of 3 can participate. Teenagers and adults also benefit. Individuals with Autism spectrum disorders, ADD, LD, PDD, CAPD, hypersensitivity and other sensory processing disorders have benefited from this innovative therapeutic program.

We offer consultation services to support individualized in-home behavioral
treatment for children with special needs, with an emphasis on those between 2 to13 years of age, including those with Autism/PDD-NOS, Aspergers, Traumatic Brain Injury, Cerebral Palsy and Downs Syndrome. The foundation of our programming is the research-backed approach of Applied Behavior Analysis supplemented by current techniques drawn from the various disciplines that work with development disorders for a truly integrated solution. Several service options are available to meet individual needs and budgets.

The Autism Behavioral Network (ABN) provides diagnostic and treatment services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Intensive Intervention is primarily funded through the State of Wisconsin, Children's Long-Terms Support Waiver.

Our program incorporates several approaches including but not limited to applied behavioral analysis, discrete trial teaching, use of visual cues, prompting and fading, etc.

The Brain Balance Program™ is a comprehensive individualized and drug-free program which incorporates a unique multi-faceted approach to the assessment and the development of individualized intervention plans for children affected by the Neurobehavioral/ Developmental Disorders such as ADD/ADHD, Asperger’s Syndrome, Tourrette’s Syndrome, PDD, Autism, and Learning Disabilities (i.e. Dyslexia).

Based upon the most current research our program works from a brain based model which recognizes that many of the children that are diagnosed with these disorders suffer a foundational imbalance or under-connectivity of electrical (brain) activity. This imbalance or under-connectivity occurs within and between the two halves (hemispheres) and/or large networks of the brain. We now understand that it is this imbalance of function, also known as functional disconnection syndrome, within and between the two halves of the brain which is often responsible for many if not all of the physical, cognitive or mental, and/or behavioral difficulties related to these disorders.

Information For Families, Providers and County Staff About Autism Services and the Children's Waivers under Wisconsin Medicaid

I am an Autism Consultant and Psychotherapist with almost ten years experiance working with children, teens, and adults with Austim Spectrum Disorders. I have had experiance working with patients in the home and in an outpatient setting. I work with help of funding from Family Support and Resource Center in Dane County as a Consultant-training respite staff to work with children with Autism.

CAI Inc. offers intensive in-home Applied Behavior Analysis services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in southeast Wisconsin. Services are publically funded primarily through the Children's Long-Term Support waiver.

CFR, LLC offers training siminars to parents, families, educators, proffessionals and the community about Developmental Disabilities.
Services includes: Informational resources, Advocacy Skills Training, Legal Documents and Rights, School Services, and "How to Implement Alteritive Approaches when living ot working with children or adults with Developmental Disabilities. CFR, LLC is a mobile service, bringing the program to the client.

Education and empowerment of children with developmental disabilities. The Chileda program, based on a developmental approach to the treatment of children with developmental disabilities, is focused on each person's individual needs.
