The mission of the Lincoln Uinta Child Development Association is "to work within the community to improve outcomes for children by supporting families, and designing services to best meet the needs of individual children."

Advocacy for persons with disabilties

Easter Seals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is a private, nonprofit organization serving children and adults with disabilities in Idaho, Montana and Wyoming. Its mission of promoting and enhancing independence is accomplished by providing direct services such as vocational programs, child care and preschool, adult day care, case management, home care, home health services, hospice, support groups, equipment loan, and information and referral assistance.

The Gersh Academy was developed for students with Neurobiological Disorders (NBD). The program uses a cognitive behavioral approach, allowing students to better understand their neurobiological limitations and how to self-manage and regulate their symptoms.
