Comment:
Bedside manner is terrible. They tell you your child has autism, hand you a stack of papers, and send you out the door. Then we had to call multiple times and wait almost two months to get the written evaluation needed to apply for services.

Comment:
The doctor who evaluated our son was very compassionate and very helpful. She suggested a book for me and gave me info about ABOARD. She invited me to call her if I had any questions. I left a message a month later, and she returned my call the next day. We are going back for a second follow-up soon.

Comment:
Quality is awful, bedside manner horrendous. They basically kick you out the door and say "your kid is autistic, see ya later." Don't expect any empathy.
